Tut Blumental -

Tut was born in 1971 in Beer-Sheva, Isreal.  She received her Graphic Design Diploma in 1992 and BA in Hebrew Literature and Philosophy from the Ben-Gurion University in 1997.  In 2000, after a few months of travelling all over New Zealand, she fell in love with the country, the landscape and the people. Later in 2006 she immigrated to New Zealand with her husband and kids, where family life became her main focus. Tut worked twenty years as a graphic designer with various studios and advertising agencies and finally opened her own studio in Orewa. Her talent and experience in the design world has allowed her to pursue her old dream and passion of painting using acrylic and mix media. Tut has been inspired by the textures, shapes and colours of Auckland.
